Shipping Policy and Return Policy

Dear Buyer/Collector,

On this page, you will find all the terms and conditions that apply to both of us once you purchase my art.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All deliveries are made from Paris, France. In accordance with European and French legislation, all shipments are handled with the utmost care to ensure the safety and integrity of the artworks.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard deliveries are processed within 3-14 business days from the order confirmation for dry paintings or products that do not require drying or custom creation. For these items, the timeframe will be discussed verbally or in writing and is subject to these provisions. The estimated delivery time may also vary depending on the final destination. We will inform you of any unexpected delays.

Once shipped, the painting belongs to you, and you are responsible for receiving the package or collecting it from the pick-up point within the terms indicated by the delivery company. Otherwise, the package may be lost or returned to Paris, and in that case, I will have to resend it at an additional cost and will not be able to refund the money for the purchased product due to taxation and invoice registration.

3. Delivery Options

I offer standard and express delivery options (upon request). All deliveries are insured to protect the value of the artworks. Shipping costs will be displayed at the time of placing the order and are calculated based on the destination and size of the package.

4. Insurance and Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. I insure all deliveries to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery (I will also make sure to resend this code to you along the way).


Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them without providing a specific reason. However, this right applies only to products that are replicas of my paintings, books, bags, notebooks, and other products that I wish to sell, and they must be in perfect and unused condition. Paintings and drawings are treated specially in case of a desire for return, and special non-conformance or return conditions apply due to the need for special packaging and insurance.

Therefore, if you do not like the painting or have changed your mind once you have seen it in person, this is not a valid reason, and I reserve the right to refuse the return because you will not be able to insure the package or pack it in a way that ensures the artwork’s integrity upon return.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@artserge.com for detailed instructions. Returns must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, the return costs will be covered by me.

4. Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, I will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

Customized products or specially commissioned artworks cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective or do not match the description.


Relevant Legislation

In accordance with applicable French and European legislation on the trade and export of art, including:

  • Law No. 2014-315 of March 11, 2014, regarding measures to protect copyright and related rights in the trade of art.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 2017/1001, on European Union trademarks, which governs the protection of copyright and trademarks.

All our activities and provisions are guided by these regulations to ensure compliance and proper protection of artworks.
